Ques : Repenting after committing a great sin

Ques : I hava committed a great sin and now i am repenting. I want to make tawbah. Please show me the correct ways :-

When I was probably 17-18, a female servant of 12-13 yrs used to work at our house. Oneday nobody was at home and i asked her for oral sex. At first, she behaved that she didnot hear anything.Later i again asked her and she gave me. I ejaculated in her mouth. Later she told it to my mom. My mother dismissed her to protect her from me. When she returned to her loocality, she, she disclosed this matter. Then my family probably settled the issue by giving her family some money(I am not sure about that). Nothing harm was done to her family.

Now I am repenting very much. It is haunting me. I want to make tawbah. Is it a must for me to seek her forgiveness? I am ashamed and i want to say sorry to her, but if i put up the issue again infront of my family, they will be annoyed and it will be disrepectful for them. i donot want to disrespect them anymore. Moreover,some of my brothers are married and i don’t want that their wives also know about that. But i want to make tawbah.
Will it be okay if i -

1. Repent on it deeply.
2. Strictly , try not to be involved in such sin again?

If a Muslim asks forgiveness from Allah, He doesn’t refuse him. A sin is of two categories.

1. Sin related to Haqqul Ibad
2. Sin related to Haqqullah only.

Haq means right. If its a sin which is related only to the rights of Allah, then asking forgiveness from Him is enough. Such as leaving prayers, not fasting in Ramadan etc..

But if it relates to the rights of a human in addition to rights of Allah, then one needs to seek forgiveness from two :

1. Allah
2. The human

In your case, you’ve committed a sin which is related to that girl’s rights and Allah both. So you’ll need to ask forgiveness from that girl also, apart from seeking from Allah. But if its impossible, its enough to ask Allah that He forgives you.

Ques (Reply to my answer): sir,
I know i have dared to commit a sin, so then why not dare to ask for forgiveness ? i ask forgiveness to Allah(sbw) but it pops into my mind that i should also ask forgiveness to the girl as well. I want to ask her forgiveness very much, but i have to pass through lots people to reach her and everyone of them will utter fi fi fi ..!! !! !!. I don’t want to hurt my dad any further. Please suggest me some ways how i can put up the issue in front of my father ?
i donot want to ask Malakul maut to spare sometime for asking forgiveness. . . . I want forgiveness. . . plz help me…!!!

Ques : Question regarding Masturbation

Assalamu Alaikum.

Jazkallah for your question. I’m afraid that the answer doesn’t comply with the Shariah. Al Quran says,

فَمَنِ ابْتَغَىٰ وَرَاءَ ذَٰلِكَ فَأُولَٰئِكَ هُمُ الْعَادُونَ [٢٣:٧]

But those whose desires exceed those limits are transgressors; (23:7)

And masturbation clearly exceeds the limits mentioned before this ayah.

Mufassirs mostly said that it is prohibited for this ayah and is not allowed until one is most likely going to be involved in zina. As it is better then zina. Otherwise, it is not permitted.
