Ques : How can we get true guidance

Ques : ASALAMUALIKUM…please tell me how can we get the true guidance? People are divided into several groups.how can v cum to know which one is correct . I read HOLY quran with translation but i need explanation.so please suggest me the book having complete explanations of holy verses of Quran n the true group of ISLAm ..JAZAKALLAh ….

Ans : Walaikum Assalam.

True guidance can be achieved from Holy Qur’an and Sunnah of Prophet Muhammad (sm). But to understand Al-Qur’an and Sunnah, we have to consult an Alim, better someone from the local community. And we’ve to keep in touch with him. And pray to Allah that He gives proper guidance in assist of this Alim.

For explanation of Holy Qur’an, better study Tafseer Ibn Katheer. Its translated in major languages of the world and very classic and authentic.
