প্রশ্ন : রমজান মাসে সউদি আরব থেকে বাংলাদেশে সফর করলে ভাঙতি রোযা পূরণ করতে হবে কি না?
প্রশ্ন : আস্সালামু আলাইকুম । ভাই আমি সৌদি আরব থেকে লিখছি। পবিত্র রমজান মাসে আমি বাংলাদেশে যাওয়ার ইচ্ছা। সফরকালীন সময় আমি যদি ১দিন রোজা না রাখি তাহলেও বাংলাদেশে গিয়ে ঈদ করলে আমার রোজা ৩০টি পূর্ণ হবে। এখন আমার প্রশ্ন আমাকে কি ভাংটি রোজাটা পুনরায় রাখতে হবে?

উত্তর : আপনি যে দেশে সফর করবেন, সে দেশে যেদিন চাঁদ দেখা যাবে সেদিনই ঈদ করবেন। রাসূল স. বলেছেন,

Ques : I am flying to Bangladesh very soon and will be staying there for 13 days, would i be considered a Musaafir? I am born and bred in the UK, which is my permanent residence. My wife resides in Bangladesh. And i am going on a holiday to Bangladesh to visit Wife and Family members for 13 days and will be staying at my family residence for most part of my time.
I heard, since it is also classed as your residence one wouldn’t be considered a Musaafir in the Hanafi Madh-hab. I think i read this somewhere or someone told me this.

Travelling to wife’s parent’s house? Be a musafir?
Ques: 1. I live about 180 miles away from my wife’s parent’s house, which is also the house where she grew up and lived most of her life.
When we go to visit her family, for less than 15 days, would my wife also be considered a musafira thus having to shorten her prayers? Or is the house of her mother and father still considered her home?
2. What about me going to Bangladesh and staying less than 15 days? since i wasn’t born or raised in Bangladesh would i be considered a Musafir?
