Bangladesh has been the home for nearly 450,000 Rohingyas in last one month, who have fled their country due to inhumane torture by the Myanmar army and citizens. It really fills my heart with great happiness to know that my dear friends, colleagues, relatives, teachers, neighbours – and almost everyone around have been involved in raising funds and distributing foods and other necessary stuff to the Rohingya brothers and sisters.
They have taken the courage to carry those stuff to the camps in remote areas, crossing hills, rivers and uneven pathways on their feet, in such hot sunny days. This is indeed one of the saddest parts of the history in one hand, as numerous people lost their family members. And on the contrary, it’s a great exhibition of humanity masha’Allah.
May Allah SWT ease the problems of our brothers and sisters and help us stand beside them. Aameen.
